John is an international author and speaker.  Since 1985, he has presented hundreds of dynamic, visionary speeches on the science of sales and influence to thousands of individuals from small, family run companies to large scale developers such as Trump Grande International.   He has the ability to take individuals and organizations to new dimensions of selling excellence. With more than three decades of selling experience, John has closed over one billion dollars in real estate sales.  He is author of five books, including The Closing Numbers, Close and Grow Rich, Selling at the Bottom of the Market, What’s Your Sales DNA? and Salesnosis: The Art of Hypnotic Persuasion.

 

John is recipient of The National Association of Home Builders’ Sales Manager of the Year Award and The Million Dollar Circle Lifetime Award. He is a prominent member of the Institute  of Residential Marketing and has been an instructor for the institute for more than 15 years. John is invited repeatedly as a guest speaker at conferences and national conventions including IBS, Super Sales Rally, SEBC and the Midwest Builders’ Conference, just to name a few.

Gaye is vice president and partner of Coldwell Banker Advantage New Homes a full service new home sales and marketing company in Raleigh, NC.  She has been working with builders and developers in the greater Raleigh area successfully marketing their new home communities for over 28 years.  Gaye is a Past President of the Institute of Residential Marketing, a past chairman of the NAHB’s National Sales and Marketing Council and currently serves as Vice Chair of NAHB’s Education Committee.  Gaye is an instructor for IRM and created the MIRM Aid Mentor Program to help candidates complete the case study requirement to achieve the MIRM designation.
